Uh, new villain?

Well, I've never really played him as a villain, but there is an Commodore I used to play, he took the place of Norrington. You guys said you were looking for a new villain and, well, he's not evil but he sure is a pain for the pirates. I can give an rp sample if needed, just not sure how that will work for this rp since I'm new.
